AS A TODOROFF'S® FRANCHISEE
During the term of your franchise, the Franchise Agreement allows you to operate a specific Todoroff's Original Coney Island restaurant, according to Todoroff's standards, for a specified period.
Term: The duration of the Franchise Agreement. (10 years)
Franchise Fee: An initial fee that covers the cost of your franchise activation.
Franchise Royalty: A weekly fee based upon the restaurant's sales performance. (5% of weekly sales)
Local Advertising Expenditure: All franchisees must advertise in their local area of business. The amount spent on advertising is based on the restaurant's sales performance. (2% of weekly sales)
National Advertising Fund: A weekly fee based on the restaurant's sales performance used to fund national advertising. (2% of weekly sales)
